Uploading an image or video to the welcome screen

When the QR code is scanned, a full-screen welcome appears before the menu: your logo, a large MENU button and — if you've filled them in — Instagram, Rate Us, Loyalty Card and WiFi buttons. The menu loads in the background, so tapping MENU opens it with no wait.
Open Settings (Ayarlar) from the left menu and switch to the Welcome Page (Karşılama Sayfası) tab. Make sure the Show welcome page switch is on.
Click Select Image / Video (Görsel / Video Seç) in the Background area. For an image you can upload PNG, JPG, WEBP or GIF, up to 12 MB.
To upload a video, pick an MP4, WebM or MOV file up to 60 MB. It is compressed automatically: reduced to 720p, trimmed to the first 10 seconds and muted. That way the welcome screen never slows your menu down.
If you leave the background empty, your first slide image is used as the welcome background.
Filling in the WiFi network name and WiFi password fields on the same tab adds a WiFi button to the welcome screen; tapping it shows the network name and password, which the guest can copy in one tap. Leave them blank to hide the button.
When you're finished, click Save (Kaydet) at the top of the page.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will uploading a video slow my menu down?
No. The video is reduced to 720p, trimmed to 10 seconds and muted the moment it's uploaded. The menu itself is prepared in the background while the welcome is showing, so there is no wait when the guest taps MENU.
Can I turn the welcome screen off completely?
Yes. Turn off the Show welcome page switch and scanning the QR code opens the menu directly.
