Managing customer reviews

Your customers can leave reviews from the QR menu. You see them in the panel and can delete any you don't want.
Open Reviews & Surveys (Yorumlar & Anketler) from the left menu and stay on the Reviews tab. Incoming reviews are listed here and can be deleted.
To stop inappropriate reviews from ever being published, set up a word filter: add the words you want banned in the Word Filter section on the Settings → General tab.
The system automatically rejects reviews containing those words — they never reach you.
